  • Both plans include financial reporting, cash flow management, variance analysis and 12 month forecasting. Our higher tier unlocks more advanced forecasting, scenario planning, dashboards and reporting.

  • We specialize in helping small businesses and startups—especially founders who’d rather focus on building their dream than building spreadsheets. Whether you’re an e-commerce brand, SaaS startup, or growing service provider, we’ve got you covered.

  • FinSight Horizons is a one-man agency, ran by Michael, the founder. FinSight Horizons does not employ other analysts, or outsource work to any other entity. You'll work directly with me through the entirety of your experience.

  • In short, yes. To be a finance partner who can provide value, access to financial data is key. This is your choice on how you want to provide access.

  • It depends on your plan! Essentials includes one monthly live check-in, while Growth Focus includes up to two per month plus priority email/chat support.

  • We love that you’re eager—but to ensure we provide the right level of service for all clients, we work within set, dedicated time slots for each client. The Tier 1 package will get replies within a 48 hour business day window and the Tier 2 package will receive replies within a 24 hour business day window.

  • Good question. The goal for FinSight Horizons is to provide trusted financial support for multiple clients, not become a full-time hire solution. We limit the scope and meetings to ensure we meet this standard and provide quality support to all clients.

  • There is not an official contract, but upon purchasing services you will need to agree that you have read our terms and conditions.

  • Simple. We bill upfront for the subscription services before each month begins. We use the secure Stripe platform for payments. For subscriptions, we recommend setting up auto-pay to keep things smooth!

  • The goal is to provide you continued financial support by getting to know your numbers and your business. However, if you need to cancel, just reach out and let me know. There are no long-term contracts!

  • Yes, 100%. We use secure systems for data storage and file sharing. Confidentiality is baked into our contract, and we treat your sensitive info like it’s our own.

  • While we work with your bookkeeping records, we don’t do data entry or bookkeeping directly.

  • Your choice! Google Sheets provides flexibility and dynamics in sharing and reporting that has been the standard lately, but Excel is the original spreadsheet and still works well.

  • I am based in the United States in the CST which allows for widespread coverage.
